擺顆粒機相比具有占地小，整機結構設計緊湊，簡單，設備操作維修簡單方便，易拆卸清洗優點，符合 GMP 要求。本機主要由擺輥部分，機體部分，傳動部分，旋緊裝置等構成。

※本機與 HZ 系列（高效濕法造粒機）和 FLB （ PGL ）系列（沸騰制粒干燥機）組成聯合機組，形成管道化生產，減少二次污染，生產效率高。
